Before that, he spearheaded Japanese ops for e-Emphasys Technologies, achieving $3MM annual revenue within two years. He has also successfully executed software product plans and product development for internet and enterprise application companies.

Ravi is the keystone of Neal Analytics’ cutting edge data and analytics competencies. His immense specialized knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack has put Neal Analytics at the forefront of Advanced Analytics providers. Ravi is our Director of Data Engineering, where he leads teams both in India and the US to provide architecture and heavy lifting for our Data Science and EDW products. As the holder of several Microsoft certifications, he also leads skill development within our Data Engineering team and as a mentor he is the one stop shop for answers when they needed most: now. He takes great pride in always meeting deadlines and approaches difficult problems with poise and professionalism. David Brown – Sales Director
Through his experience with start-ups and with building solutions for Microsoft Consulting Services, David Brown brings expertise in architecting and planning Business Intelligence and data warehousing solutions. He has worked in the Managed Partner reporting space within EPG and SMS&P, creating tools to maximize Microsoft and Partner revenue. After gaining extensive experience with Business Intelligence there, David moved to Microsoft Consulting Services where he worked with the Premier Mission Critical offerings team designing Microsoft’s highest level of support solutions. David’s background with Microsoft and his start-up mentality allow him to present the highest quality solutions utilizing Microsoft products and partnerships.

Zach Perkel – Practice Director
Zach’s passion is solving tough business problems with data. His great curiosity has led to new insights and predictive models in energy systems, social networks, supply chain networks, and marketing. An innovator at heart, Zach has worked at the intersection of business and technology for over eight years, leading analytics projects at companies such as Dong Energy, Vestas, and Siemens. Originally an Oregonian, Zach has lived and worked in all four corners of the United States as well as France and Denmark. While living in Denmark, Zach harnessed his background in engineering and business to help develop some of the largest offshore wind energy projects in the world. When he is not focusing on tackling new data challenges, Zach is typically exploring the great outdoors of the Northwest by foot, kayak, or paddle board.

David has played a pivotal role in developing world first solutions in the Microsoft space and loves innovating with cutting edge technology. Sailaja is a passionate data junkie and loves to layer business acumen with data backed insights. Joseph is a jack of all trades with years of experience in the Analytics domain. His first foray into analytics was at Washington State University, which ignited his passion for creating data driven business decisions. Since then he has expanded his skill set by worked on many projects involving setting up data warehouses, Cloud Computing, working with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and R programming. Tableau, Excel, and Azure ML R visualizations are Joseph’s tools of choice for front-end development. In his free time he likes long walks on the beach, pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain.

Achal Mallaya – Data Scientist
Achal is extremely passionate about solving business problems utilizing one of the most exciting and important fields of 21st century: Data Science. He combines expertise in analytics technology with business know-how. Technology has become such a vital aspect of his day-to-day life that he feels like he lives and breathes analytics. When you need some data crunched, features created, or visualizations surfaced, he’s got it covered. With a strong background in Business Analytics and Data Mining, he makes use of advanced data mining techniques such as Markov Chain Models, Market Basket Analysis, Random Forests, and Clustering Techniques to provide solutions to complex problems. He takes the knowledge and experience from those jobs and applies that broad perspective into his work with Neal Analytics. In his free time Jared is a certified Karate instructor who enjoys teaching and learning the Martial Arts. His hobbies also include Video Games and Ultimate Frisbee.

Eric has a background in electrical engineering and has leveraged the mathematical and algorithmic tools from this discipline to build a career in data. He has also built and managed relational database management systems and enterprise software solutions for large corporations. His strong background in IT and analysis coupled with his knack for Python, R, and Matlab led him to the emerging field of data science. When he is not solving the world’s problems he can probably be found at a café playing chess, riding his bicycle around Seattle, or playing jazz.

Sean has over 5 years of successful experience in full life cycle Recruiting and Business Development. Before joining Neal Analytics, Sean worked for an international recruitment firm placing both technical resources and executive level candidates across the Asian market as well as conducting business development in Tokyo, Japan. He also worked at Amazon where he made an immediate impact recruiting and building out a development team for the Windows Business Group. Prior to Amazon, Sean recruited for Vega Consulting where he was instrumental in growing the Microsoft account and becoming their top recruiter. He thrives in fast-paced agile environments and has a gift for identifying top tier talent across non-technical and technical domains. Sean’s brings a personable approach to recruiting as he knows that people hire people, not resumes.
